Colour Me Creative by Kristina Webb

Title: Colour Me Creative
Author: Kristina Webb
Publisher: HarperCollins
Pages: 213
Format: Paperback
Source: bought

This is the story of the famous Instagram artist, Kristina Webb. In this book, she talks about her life of travel and adventure, and how she discovered her talent. She talks about growing up around the world, and art. Along with finding out exclusive facts about Kristina, there are 50 creative challenges to complete!

I've followed Kristina Webb on Instagram since I got it (so several months). When I first found her account, I was blown away by the amount of talent she had. Her art is stunning, and she uses the most creative ways to display it.

When she released the news that she was bringing out a book, I got very excited. One of my favourite Instagram accounts, and books... what could get better? Even though the book has been out a couple of months, I've only just managed to get my hands on it. The minute after I bought it, I started reading, and didn't stop until I had finished.

The first 100 pages or so are writing. It's the story of Kristina's life. It's very well written, and I enjoyed reading it. It was a fairly light read. After the story, the rest of the book is all about art. What I love about it, is that you don't have to be good at art to do the artistic challenges (thank goodness for that!) The challenges are super fun, and with school holidays coming up, they're going to give me something to do.

I would recommend this book to basically everyone. Whether you're a fan of the adult colouring books, a fan of Kristina's Instagram, a big fan of art, or you just want something light to read or fun to do, this book is for you!
